I found this quote on Facebook, from the Spirit Science page. I had to write it on our board today (Monday); It's such a perfect thought to start your week off on the right foot!

What a great quote to hit home for so many of us. It's so easy to say "I'll workout later", "I'll do a walk or run tomorrow", or "I truly don't have time". Meanwhile, we have the ability to chat with our friends about the show we watched on TV last night while we sprawled out on the couch after work.
When we make daily movement, exercise and good eating a habit that we do everyday, it just happens. Eventually, you realize, you no longer need to "find time" or "make time" because it's just a part of your everyday.
