I came across this article from one of my favourite Strength Coaches in the USA, Dan John. I love Dan's approach to health, fitness and lifestyle because it's essentially the KISS principle (Keep It Simple Stupid). In this easy read article he touches on factors for the everyday person; not the elite athletes, not the media hyped workouts or nutrition plans you see, well, everywhere..... Real health and fitness.
I enjoyed every bit of this article because this is something as, Fitness Professionals that we have to educate people on, daily. And if we're not careful, we can get sucked into some of the hype and b.s. nonsense too.
Living Energy has already began to get to the word out that 2017 is the year to #Shiftthefocus. It's going to be a year of educating people to a greater extent, the importance of simplicity, health and happiness above all else. This article was perfect timing really, and it puts things into words really well.
