Ingredients: Water, soybean oil, skim milk powder, modified corn starch, sugar, cream, vinegar, salt, enzyme modified egg yolk (liquid egg, yolk, salt, lipase), lactic acid, monosodium glutamate, dehydrated onion, dehydrated carrot, spice, dehydrated garlic, natural and artificial flavours, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate added as preservatives, gelatin, citric acid, phosphoric acid, xanthan gum, titanium dioxide, guar gum, sodium phosphate, mono and diglycerides, carrageenan, locust bean gum, whey powder and/or dextrose, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavour. (Contains: milk, eggs)
*All of the above ingredients, belong to a little container of light ranch dressing/dip that came with some mixed vegetables I bought at the store. Yummy eh? .... Unreal! This is exactly why people are fooled when it comes to what they're putting into their bodies. Most people buying mixed vegetables for a snack would assume that (even with the dip) it would be a healthy snack. HOWEVER... with the ingredients list above, full of sugars, salts, and man-made CRAP, it's an unhealthy addition to a healthy snack, in disguise.
Be careful. Educate yourself on what to look for in an ingredients list. Simple reminder; REAL foods have little to no ingredients.
